- Who it is for
- Any Christian man; not addiction-specific. Works alone or as a 13-week small-group study.
- Format
- 90 daily entries across 13 weekly themes. Each day: a passage, a short reading, a specific charge, and a prayer; each week ends with discussion questions, a memory verse, and a leader’s tip.
- Anchor scripture
- Proverbs 28:1
- How to get it
- Paperback. Ask at contact or through your pack leader.
How you drive when someone cuts you off. What you say about a coworker who isn't in the room. Whether the man who just finished praying is the same man who loses his temper ten minutes later.
Most men don't struggle to believe the right things. They struggle to be the same person in every room they walk into. The distance between the man you are on Sunday and the man you are in traffic on Tuesday is where character actually lives, and no amount of new information closes it.
THE SAME MAN IN EVERY ROOM is ninety days of Scripture built to close that distance. It works on formation rather than information, the slow kind of change that shows up in how you treat your wife when nobody is grading you for it. Each day is a single page: a passage, a short reading, a specific charge, a prayer, and room to write. Ten minutes before the house wakes up.
Thirteen weeks move a man from identity to legacy.
The first seven build the foundation. Who a man of God actually is. Walking with God in private. Integrity when no one is watching. Courage in place of fear. The ordinary discipline behind an extraordinary life. Brotherhood that sharpens. Standing firm under attack.
The last six turn a man outward. Loving a wife the way Christ loved the church. Fathering the next generation. Servant leadership at home, at work, and at church. Excellence as worship. Sacrifice. And the legacy a man leaves in other men.
Every week closes with discussion questions written for a group, a verse worth memorizing, and a note for whoever is leading. Read it alone with coffee, or work through it with the men who sharpen you as much as you sharpen them.
Published by Bold Men, a Christian men's discipleship ministry built on one habit: daily accountability inside real brotherhood.

Sample: Day 1: Act Like Men
Day 1: Act Like Men
Watch! Stand firm in the faith! Be courageous! Be strong! Let all that you do be done in love. — 1 Corinthians 16:13-14
Paul closes a long letter to a church in chaos with four short commands, stacked like orders barked across a deck in rough weather. Watch. Stand firm. Be courageous. Be strong. Then, in the same breath, he adds a fifth: let everything you do be done in love. Many men have been handed a caricature of manhood that forces a choice between the first four and the last one, hard or kind, lead or love.
Each of the first four words carries weight. Watch means staying alert instead of drifting through your days half-asleep. Stand firm means holding a position when everything around you pushes you to move. Be courageous means acting when fear tells you to sit down and stay quiet. Be strong means carrying weight you didn't choose and wouldn't have picked for yourself.
Then love, and not a candlelit, greeting-card kind of love. Paul's word describes committed, sacrificial action toward another person's good, the same word used for how Christ moved toward the cross. A man who is only hard builds a fortress with nobody safe inside it. A man who is only kind, with no backbone under the kindness, folds the first time someone pushes back.
These ninety days work on both. Some entries will press you to hold a line you would rather let go. Others will press you to lay something down for someone who has not earned it.
Today’s charge. Practice both halves of this verse today: stand firm on one thing that matters, and extend deliberate love in one interaction, on purpose.
Prayer. Lord, make me strong enough to stand and soft enough to love, in the same breath. Shape me into the kind of man Paul describes here, hard enough to hold a line, tender enough to bend low. Amen.
