Large or small, any tradition

B.O.L.D. for Every Church

B.O.L.D. isn't a program you have to be big enough for. It starts with one pack and one committed leader, wherever your church is.

Every church has this fight

Pornography doesn't check a church's size, denomination or style before it moves in. It's present in small rural congregations and large multi-site churches alike. What differs is what each church has to work with — and B.O.L.D. is built to start where you are.

Your church stays in charge

B.O.L.D. comes alongside your church; it doesn't take over. There's no financial or doctrinal entanglement. Your elders, your pastor and your convictions remain yours. B.O.L.D. provides the structure, the curriculum and the support, and you lead your men.

For smaller churches

  • Start with one pack of four to six men and one point person. That's a complete ministry.
  • No staff required. A faithful volunteer, trained, is enough.
  • Not enough men for a pack yet? Men can still be placed in a B.O.L.D. pack while your church grows its own.
  • Partner with a neighboring church if that makes more sense — packs don't need to be large to work.

For larger churches

  • Grow by splitting. When a pack reaches six, it becomes two, with a leader trained in the first.
  • Many packs under one church, each with its own leader, all organized in one place, so pastors can see which packs need attention without seeing anyone's private details.
  • Train a bench of leaders with the Bold Leader Handbook, so the ministry doesn't depend on one person.
  • Reach the men who'd never come to an event. A quiet personal invitation and a free app get further than a stage announcement.

For every tradition

B.O.L.D.'s curriculum is built on Scripture — confession, repentance, renewal, and walking in freedom — the common ground of Christian discipleship. Churches decide how it fits within their own teaching and practice.

What every church gets

  • A conversation with B.O.L.D.'s founder about your church and your men.
  • Training for your point person.
  • A B.O.L.D. team member at your first meeting, in person or on Zoom.
  • Follow-up afterward.
  • The 52-week workbook and the free Watchman app for every man, with optional Watchman+ device protection.
  • Resources for the wives in your church at /for-wives.

Common questions

Is B.O.L.D. right for a small church?

Yes. One pack of 4 to 6 men and one trained point person is a complete ministry, with no staff required. If you don't have enough men for a pack yet, men can be placed in a B.O.L.D. pack while your church grows its own.

How does B.O.L.D. work in a large church?

Many packs sit under one church, each with its own leader, and packs grow by splitting when they reach six. Leaders are trained with the Bold Leader Handbook so the ministry doesn't depend on one person.

Does B.O.L.D. work with any denomination?

B.O.L.D.'s curriculum is built on Scripture and the common ground of Christian discipleship, and churches decide how it fits their own teaching. There's no doctrinal or financial entanglement, and the church stays in charge.

Does a church need staff to run B.O.L.D.?

No. A faithful volunteer point person, trained and committed for at least a year, is enough to start.

What does a church receive from B.O.L.D.?

A conversation with the founder, leader training, a team member at the first meeting, follow-up, the 52-week workbook and the free Watchman app for every man, plus resources for wives.
