Men need more than encouragement to try harder. They need a path that goes after the roots of sexual sin — secrecy, shame, wounds, identity, patterns — and builds a different life in their place. That's what B.O.L.D.'s **52-week workbook** is for. It is written for small accountability packs of four to six men with a leader, one week at a time, with daily readings, scripture and journal prompts. > *"I have stored up your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you."* — Psalm 119:11 ## The eight arcs **Arc I — Honesty.** The first step, the bondage of secrecy, confession that heals, naming the specific sin, the lie of "I can handle this alone," the community, and what to do when you fall. **Arc II — The War Underneath.** How pornography rewires the brain, the dopamine trap, triggers and patterns (HALT), spiritual warfare, strongholds and how they fall, and the wounds — including the father wound — that sit beneath lust. **Arc III — The New Mind.** Who you are in Christ, the renewed mind, taking every thought captive, speaking life, worship as warfare, and standing firm when old patterns return. **Arc IV — Walking Free.** The difference between sobriety and freedom, forgiving yourself, forgiving those who wounded you, restoring what you damaged, your testimony, and the long obedience. **Arc V — Rooted.** The secret place, feasting on the Word, fasting and self-denial, Sabbath rest, solitude and silence, generosity, and hearing God's voice. **Arc VI — Redeemed Desire.** What sex is for, eyes of honor, marriage as covenant, true intimacy with your wife, singleness and self-control, rebuilding trust after betrayal, and guarding the garden. **Arc VII — The Disciplined Life.** Integrity when no one is watching, redeeming your time and devices, the body as a temple, work as worship, money and contentment, and anger and the tongue. **Arc VIII — Free Men Free Men.** From saved to sent, leading your home, becoming an accountability leader, your story as a weapon, and the race finished. ## How a pack uses it - **Each week** has a theme, a central scripture, daily readings and journal prompts. - **Men read on their own** through the week and bring what they found to the pack meeting. - **Leaders get their own section** for each week, so a volunteer isn't left to improvise. - **It's self-paced inside the Watchman app**, so a man who joins mid-year starts at Week 1 without holding anyone back. ## Equipping the leader Curriculum works best in the hands of a trained leader.
